Debit balances and negative margin

Accounts may, for various reasons, fall into a debit balance and/or a margin call. In these cases, it is the client's responsibility to cover such amounts promptly. Gatsby reserves the right to unwind client position(s) in a manner and time of its discretion and/or restrict the account in order to bring the account out of the debit and/or negative equity situation.
